Ready to ship orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
This timing can differ depending on whats on our plate so please send us an email if you have a deadline and we will do our best to get it to you!
SHIPPING
We ship Australia wide and internationally.
You will receive an email after you have placed your order and then another email when your package is on it's way to you. This will include your tracking info.
Not Sew New is not responsible for items that are delayed, damaged or lost after being shipped with Australia Post.
STANDARD SHIPPING ESTIMATES
Domestic: 6-12 Business days.
International: Shipping times vary depending on your location. We ship via Australia Post - you can check estimated delivery times on their website.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our pieces Not Sew New is unable to provide a refund for incorrect sizing and change of mind. Please make sure you read the provided measurements thoroughly and contact us with any questions via instagram or notsewnew.shop@gmail.com.
We try our best to source quality second-hand materials however we understand there are times where imperfections may be present. If there is an issue with the quality of your order it will be individually reviewed. Please send an email to notsewnew.shop@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery for your fault to be assessed.
FREE LIFETIME REPAIRS
It is so important to us to create items with structural integrity and that will remain in your rotation forever. To uphold this value we offer free lifetime repairs. In order to access this service please email us at notsewnew.shop@gmail.com. The cost of shipping to and from our studio will be at the buyers expense.
