ORDERS

Please allow 3 weeks for me to create your one of a kind accessories. This timing can differ depending on whats on our plate so please send us an email if you need something by a specific date & we will work around that.

SHIPPING

We ship within Australia as-well as internationally. You will receive an email after you have placed your order and then another email when your package is on it's way to you. This will include your tracking info.

Please re-use your compostable mailers when possible either as a mailer or rubbish bin bag!

Not Sew New is not responsible for items that are delayed, damaged or lost after being shipped with Australia Post.

RETURNS

Not Sew New is unable to provide a refund for change of mind. We try our best to source quality pre-loved materials however we understand there are times where imperfections may be present. If there is an issue with the quality of your order it will be individually reviewed. Please send an email to notsewnew.shop@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery for your fault to be assessed. 

FREE LIFETIME REPAIRS

It is so important to us to create items with structural integrity and that will remain in your rotation forever. To uphold this value we offer free lifetime repairs. In order to access this service please email us at notsewnew.shop@gmail.com. The cost of shipping to and from our studio will be at the buyers expense.
